About me

Interdisciplinary researcher and data scientist with a passion for plant pathology, bioinformatics, and agricultural/forestry innovation. Enthusiastic about leveraging computational tools and multi-omics approaches to tackle complex challenges in plant-microbe interactions and sustainable crop/forest management.

My research integrates molecular biology, bioinformatics, and large-scale data analysis to develop novel disease management strategies for agriculture/forestry. I apply cutting-edge statistical programming, high-performance computing, and data-driven methodologies to analyze microbial communities, gene expression, and plant defense mechanisms.

I have worked on industry-driven projects exploring microbial biocontrol solutions and molecular diagnostics for plant disease resistance. My expertise spans computational biology, stakeholder engagement, and interdisciplinary research, bridging the gap between academic discovery and real-world agricultural/forestry applications.
